Had dinner at their restaurant, ordered an entree and main. Entree came out 45 minutes after i ordered. Once it came out it was cold and very soggy in the middle, the salad it came with was warmer than the spring rolls. Finally the main came out, ordered the works burger, it also too was cold. The hottest thing on the plate was the chips. I cut the burger in half and the meat patty was very cold and soggy in the middle and just fell to pieces. So i never ate the main except for a couple of chips. Told the staff about the food and was told they would let the chef know. The only decent part of dinner was the dessert. When finally came to pay, got no offer for a discount. Just got a sorry for that and still had to pay full price for meal I didn’t even eat. Will never be going the PA ever again.

Had the pork on your fork special. All I can say that it was amazing and cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly

Apparently the black burnt battered soft shell crab was supposed to be that way because it is 'cooked twice' and 'that's what we ordered so don't complain'. The manager was incredibly rude and proceeded to argue with us in front of other customers... It was awkward and incredibly embarrassing for her as she was so unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. PA not OK. (The one star is for the bar staff who were friendly af)
