Over 15 years ago I bought my first lounge from CHillI Pip - a boxer, two french bulldgs later and moving to a new house I needed a new lougne and I knew I had to buy it from CHilli Pip again so I bought my second lounge - I had very definite idea of style and needs for the new lounge - with health issues, Steve was so so helpful checking size of the back - length / height of the seat and firmness of the seat and a pleasure to sit on. It looks wonderful - have had numerous compliments about it too and I know it will last as did the last one. Now I need a lounge for my back room so back to Chilli Pip for me as I would now not shop anywhere else becasue of the quality, longlife and service - 3rd one ordered and I am one very happy lady.

I got a new lounge from CHILLI PIP, I can not recommend them highly enough!!! Steve was accommodating and brought my design/styling idea to life when no one else could.
Quality is of very high standard, fabulous finishes and workmanship.
The turn around time from design to delivery and assembly in my lounge was a very short time considering the work involved. I would highly recommend Steve and his team at Chilli Pip for your next lounge.

Chilli Pip is a great business to deal with... very personable and friendly staff, and just the right mix of professional knowledge plus warm service. Steve is very committed to making sure you get exactly the piece of furniture you want. Very happy with my new lounge!

Ordered the Largo Lounge and am really happy with the service and quality of the lounge. What I like about Chilli Pip lounges is the chaise is reversible (left or right) so it'll suit any room/layout. Steve was exceptional to work with. Will happily use again and recommend to family/friends.
