I hired a machine and barista for a recent event at my house.
Prior to the event they were fantastic to deal with, fast with responses and very accommodating to all of my requests.
At the event they were on time, well organised, fast on the machine and great with my guests.
...and most important of all the coffee was fantastic with a lot of positive comments!!!

Kingsgrove store:
Bad experience when buying a coffee grinder recently. Was attempting to charge a higher price than when listed on their website. When questioned about it the price was lowered but still charged extra.
Used the grinder for about a month before coming to a problem with the coarseness of the grind. When the coffee grinder was brought back to the store the technician made multiple excuses as to why the grind was too coarse and refused to consider warranty. The problem was later self-resolved by checking online. Turns out the technician does not actually know what they were doing.
