Terrible service. Terrible food.
Especially Ordered octopus ball. But came out without anything salad and sauce which described on the menus. I asked the long face lady why ? The lady said if you don't want it I will cancel it. No sorry at all!
Also it's Korean restaurant not Japanese.

We went here today and decided to try it as we felt like Japanese food. It is located inside the entertainment quarter , I tried many other restaurants in entertaining quarter and they are all quiet good , but never knew it would turn into a a total disaster this time! We ordered 2 set of sushi rolls, 1 bento, 1nigiri set and some drink. Then we heard other customer was not happy and complained about the waiting time.But after we waited for 20 mins, one of the two waitress came up and told us nothing on the menu is available as kitchen is out of the ingredients! It was such a joke and I never heard anything like this from other restaurants in Sydney while I saw other customer finally got their meals.there's only one chef at the kitchen and probably couldn't handle too many orders therefore had to make something up to make us leave. It was such a waste of time and I would not come again. definitely disgusting experience at Kenzi Sake bar!

Terrible service and food. Had to wait for an hour to be serviced our bento box lunch meal that was pretty average. All they did to make up for the situation is give us tiny bowls of miso soup. Would highly recommend NOT going here.

I wouldn't necessarily go here if I hadn't anything else planned at the Entertainment Quarter because this area is otherwise so uninviting and sterile. But I do enjoy going to the Kenzi Sake bar, although I don't drink sake. I'm sure though that their sake is the best. Their lotus chips with wasabi mayo, the seafood udon noodle soup and the special kenzi salad with salmon sashimi are definitely a winner. Although the salad could have had more salmon.
