By and large a great cinema - comfy seats and generally not too crowded. I'd avoid Sat mornings unless you enjoy thousands of screaming kids running around out fo control.
We really appreciate that the movies generally aren't shown at ear bleeding sound levels (a real problem with eg Hoyts), although its a shame the same can't be said for the pre movie ads - although on the plus side they are often hilariously bad.
1 point off for the toilets - inconveniently placed and never very clean - and a poorly designed ticketing/coffee desk.

Love that I can book accessible seating. Staff today were really helpful in accommodating a wheelchair. Disappointed with Devonshire tea. Toasted scones?? Runny cream?? The best theatre to go to in spite of this. Really enjoyed Victoria and Abdul

Great cinema, cosy atmosphere, nice staff. You can take a wine with you to watch the movie. They show artsy foreign movies as well as mainstream. Heaps of restaurants around if you want to eat elsewhere after. Good experience, we travel to go there rather than a closer cinema.

Nicely appointed good variety of Art House and film festival films. Coffee, tea, wine and food available. Lift to main section of cinema. Film club tickets cheaper with membership sold at cinema bar. Cosy cinemas not overly large welcoming helpful staff.

Great cinema. Sometimes when tickets are on sale only at the bar getting tickets only can be very slow. Excellent membership deal for 2 years that cost only $10 a ticket. Wide seats and good leg room. Our favourite cinema in Sydney
