I was so impressed by the cellphone repair in this store. It is the best cellphone repair skill in Australia I ever met for that " if you don't know how to fix it, smash it." My cellphone was dropped into water accidentally and only I wanted is drying as written on the paper, but the technician took over two weeks to dry and check it with his so-called 20 years phone-fixing experience. What is worse, the appearance was very good when I gave to them to fix, however, after I got it back, the USB socket of my phone was completely deformed, obviously it was the consequence that someone fiercely try to take apart the phone. So right now I even can not charge my phone, I really appreciate the technician can think ahead and do this for me that I have to buy a new phone. And when I asked the owner of the store to give an explanation for that and required talk to the technician face to face, the owner cooperated with the technician very well saying the technician was sick and could't come. But he refused to give an exact time that when we can have a talk. And he claimed that the damage of the USB socket was damaged by me for that I didn't take the photo. If it was damaged , why I only asked for drying the phone?? Finally, he didn't fix my phone at all, instead, he made it worse. If someone want to get rid of an old phone and buy a new one, please come to this store. I am pretty sure they can help you.
