Rented a car from this GO Rental last week....its not a office its in a petrol station, so i was about 20mins waiting while the guy kept serving customers coming in and out...when paying for the car, i was alittle unsure what time i would have it back on monday, he said if i had it back before 1pm i would get charged 2days rental. However i payed for the 3 days incase and when i did get it back by 1pm, he said no cant refund you (even though he was able to refund the s200 deposit i paid....extremly angry!.....Would not rent again because of the false information given. It also did not state i had to pay s200 on their website when booking. Wasnt impressed!
