Also known as East Coast Car Rental. Friendly service. Would be nice if they did a better job of cleaning their cars after the rentals -- inside was dusty and the outside had dirt under all the handles.

Go for a reputable car rental agency. These guys are trying to scam you! I'd actually heard about this type of thing before on trip advisor but didn't think anything of it when i picked up the car. They gave me the car with just under a tank full (missing 1/8th of a tank) and said to return it just under full. So, when i filled up at the gas station i judged as best i could and got the dial half way in the last quarter. When I get there (three blocks later) they claim that the dial was too close to the quarter line than the full line and because of that they would charge me $21 to fill it. They clearly know that it is hard to judge when it's not just filling it up, and they take full advantage of that! I was told there was no time to take the car back to the gas station, and was encouraged to pay in cash. Very dodgy, and no one bothered to try and make amends. Considering i was paying $270 for a two day car rental, i expected better. Use enterprise when you can, much better customer service!

My friend and I booked Sixt through 3rd party website and original Sixt website in the very same timelinee. When I arrived to that place, I found out that my reservation was due to be "confirmed" (apparently the confirmation came 6 hours later I while my friend got them booked just fine after 10 seconds-very funny how your own website is inferior to 3rd party sites). The receptionist was very unhelpful, rude, and unsympathetic to my concerns. Never again I'll book through Sixt.
If you need a car, just go to the Bayswater Car Rental just across the street. I highly recommend it.
