I have had four sessions with Dr. Lee to replace my old metal fillings and I can honestly say the experience was pleasant all around, this is coming from someone who has had anxiety around dental work. He was honest about what might be found under the fillings and prepared me for the worst, even though it didn't eventuate. He took pictures at each stage and walked me through what he was planning to do based on the photos. He used modern techniques to make me comfortable such as propping my mouth open with a wedge and protecting the rest of my mouth and tongue. The staff are all very friendly and professional which makes you feel at ease.

Staff are nice, the clinic is clean and well presented. However, that's not the point. I rang to book an appointment as my gums were sore and I could see visible detiriation of my gums. I went in and saw a female Indian Dentist, who was quite lovely and would be in her late 50s.
However, the entire time of me being in the chair, I felt like I was sitting with an Avon sales rep. She knew I was genuinely concerned and instead of doing her job to the best of her ability to ensure the clinic gained a long term client and have me walk away satisfied - she was more inetested in my wallet trying to sell me things the entire time.
I pointed out an area she had not cleaned properly which was the area of concern, and she basically stated that it's the light creating a shadow.
Three months later........ I was correct, she had not cleaned my teeth properly and my gum has subsided more which I'm not impressed about.
I did book an appointment against my friends advise with the Dental Group, as he had been ripped off and they had not executed a satisfactory job with him either.
I don't care about the money, it's the fact that gums don't grow back and I have to live with this for the rest of my life, due to the Indian Dentists greed. You should be ashamed of yourself and I will bad mouth you every opportunity I get!
Avoid this place at all cost guys. Please!!!!!

I have been a patient of Glebe Dental Group for over 12 years now and Dr Andrew Lee is an amazing dentist. The staff are always friendly and accomodating from the ladies at the front desk who always greet me with a smile and a laugh to the clinical staff who are efficient and help make me feel comfortable when I am always a little anxious about going to the dentist. The thing that impresses me the most is that all of my treatment has been painless and comfortable and the way that Andrew communicates that your dental health in fact affects your overall health and well being and his approach is not always conventional but more holistic in nature.
Because of his education about dental health I regularly have a hygienist visit to clean my teeth and think of this as my 'servicing' and therefore this has cost me much less in the long run because if something is picked up it can be nipped in the bud before it becomes a major problem. The hygienists are both knowledgeable & skilful and have both looked after me beautifully in the past.
The clinic is modern and clean, if a little clinical I suppose, but I think that's what you should expect. They are a little on the expensive side however I feel totally worth it for their level of exceptional care. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have received treatment here a number of times. The hygenist who performed my clean was top notch! I had two wisdom teeth removed and that was also done well - no major discomfort after the fact. What I was unhappy about was the communication around treatments I may need. According to the dentists here I needed approximately 8 fillings (I have never had a filling in my life) - but I could not get a straight answer of which teeth etc. This would have cost me thousands of dollars. The dentist I had seen previously never mentioned that I needed any fillings. So I was a bit suss. I went to a new dentist yesterday and I was shocked when he said I had NO decay and needed NO fillings! He showed me on the Xrays. Also as stated before at Glebe Dental Group I was charged for extra items at the end of treatments which I was not properly informed of. I would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Service was fine, but I was charged $900 for permanent retainers after the orthodontics treatment was completed, however nobody told me it will be charged on top of the amount from my contract. I was clear I'm not going to pay for it because it was not in my contacted and they waived the cost. However, when my braces were taken off I was said I need to get my tooth cleaned and fluoridated, which I assumed is part of my orthodontic treatment, but it was now and I was charge extra.
I dealt with two ladies on the reception, one of them (Anna) was super nice and helpful. But the other one (don't know the name) was quite rude.
I didn't feel they were transparent with the prices in terms of what's included in my "orthodontic treatment" and what's not. If I had a chance to change my decision to go there, I would have done it. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends
