Genuinely life changing. Went to a number of dentists prior to discuss options for veneers and was told multiple times it could not be done. Nothing was a problem for Dr Tam and now I have the the smile I always dreamed of. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with my teeth whitening. Courtney and Dr Tam were very professional, caring and attentive. They listened to my needs and expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

That was one of the most dissapointing experiences ever.
While booking an appointment I've confirmed that the cost would be $175.00 including check, X-ray and clean.
During the check I've been advised that three fillings need to be replaced. And I needed to book an appointment with a dentist. So, the check was done not by a dentist, but just assistant. I asked to do an X-ray, the assistant said she couldn't do it and another appointment is required.
At the end I was charged $300 for clean ONLY.
They gave me a quote of $800.00 to fix my fillings. I took it to my regular dentist to have a look at and was advised that all fillings are in a great condition and there's no need to replace them. On top of that, the cleaning was done pretty badly...
So, $300.00 for absolutely nothing.

Had a cleanse and being charged 200-300 out of pocket even with a private health fund and Medicare. Looks alike this place does care about money a lot. The whole process was very painful and bleeding the whole way through and it's definitely the worst experience ever. Besides, suffered from inflammatory due to the gum bleeding and damage by cleansing and now having a fever. Anyways definitely won't go to have my implant done there. I liked people there just the experience is terrible.. sorry. Please don't go if they press and keep calling you to get cleanse done and saying it's free.
