The man that works there is very skilled and should be commended for his technique. I have been going to many places during my pregnancy for blood tests and he is one of the few people that has been able to take my blood without any issues (I have very hard to find veins) and can do so without causing me pain. I agree with the other reviewers English may not be first language but I spoke clearly and simply and had no issues. the only negative is that a Saturday morning can be very busy, I think this place could do with more staff on a Saturday morning as the staff there appear to be run off their feet with a full waiting room and only 2x staff members on.

The girl in Campsie lab doesn't know what she is doing and this is a concern considering this is a pathology lab. The lab was completely empty but she served us after 30 minutes. She was cleaning the room during that time. Then, when she served us, she keep checking on the internet and call the doctor's office to understand what tests are required. After 40mins in, she checked with another staff who just walk in and then told us that we need to go to another branch. She confirmed to me that they can do the test straight away. Then, when we got to another branch, the lady there told us that the girl in Campsie told us wrong to come in like this. Campsie branch need to get their acts together.
