I have been seeing Dr Karen Stapleton for 16 years.
She is a wonderful Dr.
Caring, sympathetic, professional and knowledgeable.
She explains procedures to you.
I have always felt safe with her.

I only put 1 star so I could write this review. My experience with Dr. Deanna Wong was HORRIFIC! The worst experience I ever received from any doctor her blatant and oblivious attitude to my chronic skin condition I was suffering and her refusal to prescribe me the medication I desperately needed was simply cruel and completely sadistic. Luckily another doctor elsewhere prescribed for me what I required without the $200.00 charge Drummoyne Dermatologist charged me just for a prescription. I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE THAT I CARE ABOUT TO GO TO THIS DERMATOLOGY CENTRE. YEARS LATER I'M STILL HAUNTED FROM THIS HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

Pleasent and professional Dr and nurse but the reception staff leave a lot to be desired. I left genuinely angry after feeling like I was being treated with utter contempt as I paid. If I am paying $450 for a 20 min appointment, I will look for somewhere that treats its customers with more decency.

My car broke down as I was coming to my appointment with Dr. Karen Stapleton. I was devastated as I had been waiting months for it and knew I would miss it. Not only were the team and staff totally understanding and supportive. Dr Stapleton took some time out from her busy day to see me, giving me her full attention and explaining things to me thoroughly. Something I have not had from other dermatologists. She is very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. I highly highly recommend her and the team at Drummoyne Dermatology.

Two of my teenagers have been under the care of Dr Stapleton who I have found to be knowledgeable and highly proficient. She is fantastic with teenagers, listens to their concerns and clearly explains procedures. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
