I submitted my medicare application on 8th August at the Campsie medicare centre and was told to wait for 2-3 weeks to receive the card. I completed 3 weeks on 29th Aug but had not received my card or any kind of information. I went to a close by mygov centre near my office to check the status and found to my surprise that my application has not even been entered and that I have to make a new submission. I don't understand if this is the kind of service that we should be treated to!!!
