I just called to asked if they do bulk billing for private insurance. First she said yes. Then later she said no coz bulk billing is only for Medicare, on top of that she giggled "Why do you ask for bulk billing if you don't have Medicare" then put me on hold until I decided to hang up. I found it really rude I won't bother to take a visit.

Hit and miss, depending which GP you get. A couple are great, but I've been misdiagnosed a few times and even ended up at the hospital emergency for no reason (the young graduate doctor at the hospital correctly diagnosed me instead).

1 star for friendly staff and 1 for the couple of Drs I've seen here that are good. Unfortunately very hit and miss with long waits, also, the centre does not appear to run cohesively as a knowledge base business (like my Dr in Summer Hill). ok for basic stuff but take your real troubles elsewhere.
