Amazing staff amazing service ,
The nurses here are fantastic they constantly check up on you to see if you need anything.
They make sure you are comfortable at all times
Highly recommend this hospital . I had rhinoplasty done and they couldn't be more supportive

undergoing renovations at the moment but still a good hospital. Food in the main food court is noting special but definitely edible.

Who are they kidding "quality care with a personal touch " on the website. What a load of rubbish. !!! Would not return to this creepy old run down hospital. ! Food was revolting, staff couldn't be found, a strange place at the end of a driveway , creepy, old , run down, poor nursing staff , no facilities on site but happy to bill you !!! Save your time and go elsewhere.

Hands up all women who have had plastic surgery at St. Luke's and then been billed more than 3 months later for more than $1500 extra. Because they can't do that and then they just took the money out of my account without authorization. If that was a valid extra expense they would have told me the next day or next week, not 16 weeks later and then when I ignored their reminder, they just took the money. Absolutely illegal. Not happening. I think it's a scam. When I rang up the lady screeched at me so loud my son could hear her in the next room. She said "You had plastic surgery. That is not necessary. That costs a lot of money". Well firstly it was necessary. Secondly she's not a doctor and it's not up to her to say whether my surgery was necessary or not and thirdly I paid a lot of money. Already. It's not up to her to decide to take more.
After reading Sean Feeney's testimony, I think this woman should be thoroughly investigated. She's so unprofessional.

And then she sent me a till receipt that had been torn off at the bottom for the money they stole.
