Small and clean room. People is nice but guests will not receive much help in late night.

We were very dissapointed with our room, it was very small and also the bathroom was tiny. The bath is very small and the shower feels like a trickle. The inside of the bathroom door looked to be like someone rubbed there fingers along the door with poo! And also was very dirty and under the toilet seat had pee all over it. We upgraded to a balcony room which i was very disspointed as 1. It is only roughly 1.5 ft wide. 2. No table and chairs 3. It was very old and you could see straight through to the neighbours balcony. The lift was dirty, old and gets the shakes up. The wall beside the bed had which looked like grease and marks everywhere. I also contacted the office to let them know of my issues and nothing was resolved. Overall I would rate the hotel 1-2 stars.

No Drop-off zone for removing Luggages. Good luck finding on-street parking in Busy CBD during peak hour. There are better options in same region, competitively priced with better services.

Receptionist was lovely and helpful. After declining two rooms offered finally accepted third one. We saw that the hotel is being renovated and there is no way the room we got had been renovated. Bathroom certainly needs updating and a good clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection looked good but was hardly warm, certainly not hot. Great location next to Capitol Theatre but won't be staying there again. The photos of rooms are NOT what you get.
