Attended a business briefing and then finished the evening having Gin and Tonics at the Altitude Bar, level 36 overlooking the harbour bridge. Fabulous spot. Always enjoy the service and attention at the Shangri-La.

Loved our 2 night stay here. Wonderful view, room and amenities. So often you pay a lot nowadays for very little but the Shangri-La hotel appears to still hold to a high standard. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a phenomenal stay! Bellman, check in, concierge and the restaurant staff were all phenomenally kind and lovely.
Hotel is in a great state and the room is beautiful! Really great views and quality bedding!
Breakfast buffet is very extensive and of high quality!
Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay had been wonderful. The staff is attentive. The room has a great water view. The room are some of the quietest rooms and rarely can you hear even doors opening and closing - never neighbors talking.
The food is good but not something to get excited. The wait staff is friendly and don't rush you.
The elevators need attention. They wait times can exceed 10 minutes. The arrival tones are horrible. They ruin an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Honestly, it was great!! The room we got had an awesome view, I could just sit there and stare all day. The room was super spacious, with our separate lounge and bedroom. The bathtub was nice and big, the shower was also a good size. The rooms were clean, the room service was great. Although the pricing for the food is quite dear for what you get, I guess it is quality over quantity, the fish and chips were DELICIOUS! The bar also has an awesome view and yummy cocktails. We got engaged in room 2201.. it will be a day to never forget :-)
