Contrary to the other review, I am pleased to report the opposite customer experience today. I needed to transfer some funds from a debit card into my CUA account near closing time. Sean, the Chinese branch manager realised that I have an injury so am slower than usual. He was so courteous, kind and understanding and directed the teller to stay open for me. I'm a retired law enforcement officer and am used to assessing character. Sean presented as a great manager for CUA. We customers aren't involved in the private details of an emergencies, which is what I suspect was happening to a third party by phone during the other review. To me it's incongruous to label someone as both busy and lazy, or to criticise them for speaking Chinese in Burwood, where many customers are Mandarin speakers. Upon checking Mr Kumar's other reviews, he describes most of the staff as being lazy. Best wishes and thanks to Sean and his staff at CUA Burwood!

Staff was busy taking calls and speaking Chinese all the time. He was also not able to copy my date of birth correctly from my driving license which delayed my application.
I found them lazy and finding ways to delay or postpone work.
