Having dealt with Darren Powter Strata Management I found them slow to act taking weeks to repair a leak causing damage to the property. Responses to emails were slow and communication was poor in my opinion. I would not personally recommend them to anyone. Clearly there is a trend here, see other reviews posted.

Very very slow and terrible service. Avoid this strata agent like the plague. He doesn't respond to emails and basic tasks like getting quotes for repairs takes months when other agents get it organised in days.
We had damage to our property from the rain and Darren did not respond on time and was unresponsive to our emails.
We are going to get rid of him as he doesn't respond to his emails and he cannot discharge his basic strata manager obligations.
*** Update 6 May 2017 ***
Darren still has not responded to emails or calls and refuses to provide the accounts and strata documents which he is obligated to provide. He has not held an AGM for years, hasn't provided evidence of the sinking funds being safe and deposited in the trust fund and generally not doing his basic obligations as a strata agent who we are paying. We have concerns he has mismanaged our strata scheme and stolen our strata money! We are proceeding with litigation against him and strongly recommend not using him!

I strongly recommend not using this company as your strata manager.
I am an Owner and member of the Executive Committee of the Owners Corporation.
It took over 12 months, and the flooding of our unit, before Darren Powter Starta Management responded to our requests to replace a damaged pipe, which was work that the OC had agreed to pay for. Despite being warned this it would cause damage to our property.
This follows a general pattern of actions not being carried out, or not carried out in a reasonable time frame. AGMs are typically six months late, and minutes are not distributed. This company's lack of action has caused significant cost to us and the OC.
