Avoid these guys. Spent a fortune in insurance with them over the years and was well looked after in Sydney by smart guys.
Now it seems that the smart team has left, I've got no service at all, nobody will tell me where they've gone, nobody calls me back, the state manager is rude and doesn't care and apparently they've told the good staff who are gone that they're not allowed to deal with me even though this is MY business!!

We like how easy it is to deal with EBM. No one does landlord insurance better than EBM!

Highly recommend EBM because of the great customer service I received from Tom Teom. He was amazing and always there to answer any questions I have. Best customer service I had in an insurance company.

Having taken the landlord insurance in NSW, the company did not advise majority of claims like fencing due to storm is not covered in NSW. It applies only in Queensland and WA. And proof of storm should also be provided. Other claims are also very restricted and should be less than 15 years old. I burnt my fingers with this insurance.
