Been with them since the day I was born as mum worked for them at the time. They've always been fantastic at helping me with managing my banking needs at every stage of my income journey. Been with them almost 25 years, here's to 25 more.

Banked with them for 36 years. Major fan of Credit Unions no so keen on these private banks.
It used to be possible to deposit Canadian cheques in U.S. dollars into our account when they were a credit union.
Now they are a bank they can't?
Obviously isn't worth their while to do so.
Not only won't they do this they basically called my wife a liar and said they had never done this.
My wife who joined them in 1978 is no longer a member, we find the Five Dock NAB much more helpful.

This is the most frustrating bank I have ever dealt with. The online banking lacks basic functionality such as access to bsb and account numbers to do a deposit from an external account and the customer service team talked over us with stock responses and wouldn't listen to our questions or attempt to answer them. If you're looking for a contemporary, helpful financial institution look elsewhere.

Recently inexplicably downgraded their online security by removing second factor authentication from the login, only requiring it now when large funds are transferred. Meaning that if someone does get into your account with just your password they can collect enough information to easily steal your identity.Does make me wonder if they truly understand online security and privacy.
Apart from that a great service!
