Any one who knows me, knows that there are two things I struggle with personally..., my addiction to sugar, and taking responsibility for my own health and wellbeing. I started going to Anzac Parade Physio last year because of back pain, that I had been putting up with for years. I figured I was just getting old and never bothered to get it seen to. It turns out I'm not that old after all :) and with guidance and treatment from the entire Anzac Parade team, the pain went away and I was able to move again. You can't imagine how great it was to do that. I thought everything was good and decided I could do what I needed to maintain the problem by myself at home, despite recommendations from Jason and the team that I had a bit more to go. I got complacent and as it turned out, I was wrong and I ended up hurting myself more. Imagine that! So I swallowed my pride and went back a few months ago to start treatment all over again. This week I have reached a new personal achievement because of all their help. I can now touch the ground from a standing position without bending my legs!!! Something I have NEVER been able to do, including when I was a child. The back pain is beginning to alleviate and with more treatment I have no doubt it will disappear completely, as long as I listen to the Anzac Parade Physio team and take more responsibility for my own wellbeing. I have complete trust in their abilities, and trust that my best interests are always at the forefront of their minds.
If you are looking for a team that will get you back to your 100% best self, then I can not recommend them enough.

When I went to see one of the physios at this place, because of a sports injury, they recommended after seeing them for a few weeks I should see someone else called Akbar
(also at the practice) for 2 times a week for 6 weeks (total of 12 times). It's ridiculous for a practice to demand seeing you for around 14 to 15+ times (at a cost of almost $80 per session). It is clear they are just fleecing customers and making a profit. Best go elsewhere.

Loretta and her team are the most professional physios that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. With extensive advice and going above and beyond, they helped manage my injury and get me back on my feet in a fraction of expected time on the sidelines.
