Great place in the City for yoga. Iyengar Yoga had a good advocate in James. Easy access from Central Station too.

Very experienced teachers with an very detailed and careful knowledge of Iyengar yoga practice. Classes are thoughtful and high quality with lots of attention to detail.

As a complete beginner to yoga, I am glad I picked Central Yoga school to commence my practice. The teachers are all very high quality although you may find a particular teacher suits you more. Class sizes are not too big either. Highly recommended.

The teachers at Central yoga school are not just knowledgeable but also caring and undeniable dedicated to the practice and teaching of yoga. I have been going regularly to the classes for the last 4 years and the community of regular sincere students is remarkable.

Quality school with dedicated and caring teachers. Senior teachers, James and Christine possess a wealth of understanding of the practice and teach with rigour, compassion and a great sense of humour. They set a wonderful tone for the school. I'm very grateful to have stumbled upon this gem!
