I have been going to this Pilates studio every week for at least 5 years. The address has changed, but the standard is as high as ever in all respects. Elizabeth and her fellow instructors are always friendly, conscientious, caring and helpful. They give individual attention and take great care to ensure that Pilates excercises are done correctly. I always feel good after the class.

I have been attending Dynamic Physique Pilates for almost 6 years. Over this time I have had 2 babies and the pilates has significantly helped my body to not only recover from pregnancies/carrying babies etc, but also it has strengthened and toned all aspects... legs, arms, tummy etc! Liz Cunliffe who runs the studio is incredibly professional and experienced and pays alot of attention to client's individual needs.
