Very small gym,
Extremely crowded,
Long wait times to use equipment even outside peak time
Nearby brand new Burwood gym is much better
Terrible gym management. Been at 2 Snap gyms before and both would simply call you and process the payment if it failed (my card had expired and no one from Snap informed me that I would be charged a fee). The 'lovely' lady here insisted I had to pay a $6 fee, even when I said i would just move my membership to the brand new Burwood Snap Fitness which is much bigger and the same distance away she said I still had to pay the fee. $6 fee more important than weekly membership payment? Good call Snap Petersham

I’ve been a member of three gyms in my lifetime, and Snap is without a doubt the best. Massive range of free weights, state of the art equipment and clean. I can’t elaborate enough on how clean and tidy this gym is. But most importantly, the staff are friendly. They always go out of their way to say hi, and never have their heads down. This rubs off on the members creating a neighbourly atmosphere. You will feel at home. Their trainers are the most motivated and driven I’ve ever experienced, bringing results and helping me maintain them long term. 5 out of 5 stars for Snap.

I love this gym and have been a member since it opened. The staff are so warm and friendly and I feel comfortable being a female working out at this gym. I've been to other gyms with macho guys hogging machines and gawking at me while I workout. I've never had a problem here and find it a really great space for my workout. The small group classes are great too because the trainers take into account our individual needs. Membership is affordable and worth every cent!
