I attended the Yo-batics workshop with Danielle and David, and it was a very enjoyable experience, very personalised and encouraging. Cant wait for the second part of the workshop!

Good yoga but very inflexible if you're running late. I had to travel from Rozelle in the pouring rain and was 10 minutes late so I was locked out. Leaving a toddler at home then having to battle current Sydney traffic only to throw my $22 in the garbage is not a good start to the weekend. Won't be returning.

I have been going to Sona with my wife for the last 6 months, we have tried many studios in Sydney and none quite compare to what Sona can offer. Anna has some of the most friendly and knowledgeable of teachers in her studio who offer a variety of classes for all levels of experience. Sona can feel small when the classes are full but this doesn't take away from the heart and soul the teachers pour into their classes.

My experience was different from others who came here. I've done yoga for nearly 20 years and I've seen my share of good and bad teachers. Unfortunately what I found here on the two occasions I came were disjointed sequences, and distracted teaching. The room was also chock full of people and claustrophobic. When I asked for the aircon to be on because there were so many people in the room, my request was greeted with disdain. In summary, a glossy yoga school with pretensions. I'm sure they mean well, but there are better.
