I have been going to this pharmacy for months for compounded medication. I have always found the staff very friendly and very personable.

This past month, I visited Australia for the first time ( From the US), and came into contact with the Fresh Therapeutics staff on a countless number of occasions. I am absolutly horrified to hear the comments posted by Anne !!
I was treated better at Fresh Theraputics, then I was at my own pharmacy back home in the US !!! - If anything, I was amazed at how professional, knowledgeable, and curtious the staff there was !!
I commend ALL staff at Fresh Therapeutics, for their committment, enthusiasm and professional manner !!!
P.S. - Anne - You need some new meds !!!

The chemist staff, one girl in particular, had terrible customer service! She would not look me in the eye, had a scowl on her face, mumbled at me and was generally rude.
I will never be going back to this chemist.
