It is beyond words how helpful the staff has been. The team was very helpful. (Consists of pharmacist and staff) They have gone out of their way to advise and counsel my problems and gave recommendations when needed. They are very polite, respect my needs and treat me with courtesy.

RUDE AND TERRBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
A Young lady who serviced me was nice seemed like she was new that was ok, but when I asked her a question about the voltaren 25 after I paid in full, the older lady came from the back with a rude dirty look on her face and said what! do you want!, I said don't worry, I think she's the owner.. IF LOOKS COULD KILL I WOULD BE DEAD from the look she gave me and the other customer in the store, I won't be going back, STAY AWAY!!!!..
I just check online, I GOT RIPPED OFF
They charged me $17.95
Chemist warehouse $12.39
What the hell thats $5.56 difference

The staff were terrible and extremely rude. I took a prescription which had medicines for pressure and was urgently needed. But the repetition of the prescription ended and I asked if I could get medicines atleast for 2 days till the patient gets time to go to the doctor. They rudely rejected my plea and I had to go to the Chemist in Town Hall where they gave me medicine for 3 days. Didn't even need to explain much. The contrast in the quality of customer service between the two pharmacies were unbelieveable.

Told the pharamist generic was not ok. Got home to open the bag and found the generic brand in there. This is after they handed me the bag, looked at me and said "I gave you the exact same". I understand generics are the same drug but this one makes me nauseous and break out this why I'm 10 years of taking these pills I know what I want. Now I have to work out how to return them and get my script back (last repeat and my doctor is not open today) so I can get the medication I need for my evening dose.
