True professional, friendly and great old fashioned customer service was our pleasure to experience at ‘The Rocks Pharmacy’. The wonderful Pharmacist showed extreme kindness and care for our somewhat emergency situation and was found to be truly like an angel after my sister and I had endured four hours of frustration running around Sydney on a Sunday afternoon seeking replacement medication within a very restrictive time frame. We encountered many closed doors and straight out ‘we are unable to help’ when this amazing and knowledgeable Pharmacist listened to our needs and genuinely wanted to help. Not only did she take the time to help us contact the right medical professionals to get the required scripts rewritten, the pharmacy was able to fulfill our somewhat exhaustive list of necessary medications on site. During our time at the pharmacy we also noticed the Pharmacist partner providing the same great old fashioned customer service to each and every person entering their pharmacy. Consistency Yeah!! This pharmacy in appearance is old world charming and is truly complimented by its old fashioned customer service. It was extremely clean and really well organised both with its operational efficiency and stock availability. We cannot write or say enough about this business and the people who operate it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the way in which you listened and were prepared to help us in our unforeseen emergency medical situation. We hope one day the 'Pay it Forward' scenario will return its kindness to yourselves and your business. If we resided in Sydney we would not hesitate to return there again and again for all our pharmaceutical needs. The pharmacists are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and greet with sincerity and a smile. They take time to look into any query (for example on ingredients, benefits or disadvantages), and have helpful advice, suggestions and recommendations. A personable, community, professional space. Thank you.

Fantastic old pharmacy. Customer service was very good. Desperately needed to hire a wheelchair for my 10yr old who had broken his foot. Only in Sydney on a four day break and they sorted us out with a very good daily rate. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for that old fashioned service that is so desperately lacking in many modern day chain stores.
