Booked ahead for a group of eight, when we arrived (on time) there was no table reserved for us however we were seated quite quickly. We placed our orders, my colleague ordered a burger and asked for no pickles the waitress advised that the kitchen would put them on and my colleague could remove them himself! We asked for some water for the table the waitress gestured toward a water dispenser so it was self service but the prices here don't match self serve. $26 for lunch time pasta!

The serving sizes here are really big .... too big for lunch unless you're sharing out of our party of 8 there would have been wastage of 3 entire meals. This isn't value for money for the customer it's poor management of the kitchen. Reduce the portion size, lower the price, reduce the wastage and increase your customer service

This place used to be amazing. Now the prices are ridiculous ($27 for a basic breakfast plate!!!) and the staff are RUDE. My friend and I spent close to $60 in 1.5 hrs and the waitress immediately asked us to pay and leave because they were busy and she assumed we wouldn't be ordering anymore. They had all of upstairs available to use if they wanted to. I have NEVER had such a terrible customer service experience. Used to come here every month and introduced my friends in the past. I think they've changed management. Will not be back.

Very busy. Nice decor but very loud inside. Ordered a black tea and it took forever to come out. I didn't order food here. Not interested in their menu.

It looks nicer than last year but I'm not sure about the new management. A waiter was busy chatting to 2 young kids for a few minutes whilst I waited at my table for service. Staff could be more attentive.

Their tasting tea table sounds a bit pretentious. Especially the condition at the bottom that it's strictly 1 hour regardless of whether or not you drink the tea and how hard it is for the staff...Really?!?

We used to go to this cafe after the movies all the time. The food, staff, and prices were great.

However, I suspect it's now under new management. Firstly, the waiter told me I shouldn't order my usual almond milk flat white because the almond milk they had wasn't good for coffee?! Then when we ordered the burger and asked for no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant he said; "We can't do that. It's a set menu." What the?! We ordered it anyway. When it came the burger was smaller than it used to be and there was only half the amount of chips it used to have too. Oh, and we scraped the cheese off. BTW, the burger used to be $18, now it's $22.

Sadly, we won't be going back :(

My friend and I went for lunch at Bello, as we do a couple of times a month, but we will never go back again. The chef, Marcelo, would have to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. After my friend complained to a couple of staff about her meal, out he came. He was so rude. He was yelling at us and told us if we didn't like the food, not to come back. Who would speak like that to their customers. People at the two nearby tables could not get over the way he was yelling and one of them got involved also. Both tables said they were regulars, but would not be coming back. Others were just staring. Earlier, two lots of people had left before ordering after reading the new menu - not good. Bring back the old staff and menu or your business will suffer.
