Been going there for over 7 years now, still remains my number one Chinese shop! (And I don't even live near Croydon Park haha)

My family & I used to eat here a lot 5+ years ago before we moved & the food was awesome back then. Today we decided to make the hour drive to try our original go to Chinese restaurant & sadly it's not what it used to be. The Mongolian lamb was salty & had an overload taste of bicarb soda and the fried rice was bland, had no flavor. However, the Chow Mein noodles tasted good until we found a piece of metal in it, luckily my sister didn't swallow it. We definitely won't be making the trip again. A complete waste of $75+. My Rating: 0 stars. P.s A trip from the health inspector is recommended for this restaurant.

Have been going here for the past 10 years was good back then except for service
Haven't been for about 4 years cause I read in the local paper about some funny meat they were using
decided to go for dinner there with 8 other people to try again
Service was terrible again today was even worse they bump And step on
You drop plates and utensils on you
You wear more of the food than in your plate and the meat still tastes funny
The owner an old Chinese guy
Told him the lemon chicken did not
Taste like lemon chicken
like it usually tastes great
And he just walked off thinking he was gonna make it again
But no luck
So I don't think I will ever go back again

Have been travelling to this restaurant for many years. Food is tasty and authentic. Recommend the mini spring rolls, sate chicken, beef in special sauce and the duck with plum sauce. Owners and staff are always friendly and accommodating.

We have eaten here for many many years, taken all of our friends for dinner, had birthday dinners, had take away and the standards never change. The food is Authentic Cantonese fare, my favourite is the pork ribs imperial, sweet sticky pork ribs in black bean sauce, makes my mouth water.
We take our own wine as the wine list is limited,and they don't charge corkage. The service has improved a lot and they do have more staff on in busy periods. The food comes out quickly and nothing is a problem for them.
