It was a really unpleasant experience. We went on time as we booked, hoping the the duck could be perfect timing for a crispy skin, however the duck skin was soggy and meat was absolutely tasteless. The tripe served was not even defrozen. The waiters seemed very bored and were watching TV, and they couldn't care less about the customer, every time we asked for a service, it was like we disturbed them. We went because it had a very high ranking for Beijing duck, but we would never go again!

OMG, where shall I start? Used to be one of my favourite, but the old chef Mr. Zhao has retired last year and this new owner took over. The staff have no love to food and service. Over priced and small potion, taste was awful too. Mr. Zhao, I am still your fan, tell me when you come back, otherwise, I will not go again.
