I have been here on 2 separate occasions now. Both times, the waiters have been very attentive and have entertained, given great advice on the menu and been spot on in terms of service. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a restaurant with Jamie Oliver's name on it - delicious, healthy and just a little bit fancy.
The one gripe I did have was of the platters they have for entrees. My advice is do not get it - it has too little food for the price you pay especially when you're paying for two people.
Apart from that, both times have been lovely experiences and I definitely will be going back for a third time!

The polenta chips were okay, but would be better cut in half as the crunchiness would balance the soft polenta inside. I had the tortellini with burnt butter sauce. Don't waste your time as it was fairly tasteless, expensive and a tiny serving. With a bunch of friends and their servings of different pastas were okay. Those of us who had the tortellini felt we had to go else where to get a proper feed! The biggest problem was the service! I'd ordered the Olives On Ice as an entree. It was given to another part of the table, but I was still charged for it even though I said we shouldn't be. Then they encouraged bulk billing so that everyone paid for other's drink, even though a number of us paid at the bar. Sloppy service and there are better Italian restaurants out there that don't leave you hungry! I won't be back!

Been here only once and I did like it! Me and my partner went because there was a $10 pasta deal on all their new pasta dishes. We had the sharing board to start and a side salad as well. The food was a high quality and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. The prices on their mains were very high though. The staff were friendly but not very attentive, we had to ask to have order taken and there was a mistake with one of our pasta dishes given to another table with also a mistake on our bill. I liked it but I won't be rushing back.

People that are voting more than 2 stars are blinded by the brand name. The cocktails were amateur at best, I get better quality cocktails at my local pub, which manages to get my order right the first time not after 3 attempts.
And then the food, I think Jamie needs to teach his chefs how to season. My pasta dish literally had no flavour, parmasen couldn't even save it. There was no saving the Italian nachos either, it basically looked and tasted like microwaved ravioli.
The customer service was that bad no one even asked us how everything was, just a bill dumped at our table as the waiter strolled past. I seriously would not recommend this place to anyone.....

Food is good but a little over-prized.
What really annoyed me was the waiting list.
Go there , book a table, stroll around the city for a good 2 hours and then return for food.
I am not a big fan of their organisation in regards to table service.
However, the food is tasty!
