Customer service ruined the whole night and ruined a birthday celebration. They demanded 20 minutes AFTER we ordered our food that we had to pay an extra 15% just because 2 people did not show up. To make things worse, the manager/boss refused to accept or hear our feedback. Instead he repeatedly, interrupted with.. “are you finished yet?”. He tried to brush off the problem by taking off the surcharge. He was in no way apologetic and was rude about the whole situation. Just because we didn’t “spend enough money”, doesn’t justify how we should have been treated. He suggested that the only reason for complaining was because we were “poor university students”.
In general, the customer service was poor. The waiters never smiled and were by no means approachable or helpful. It seems like their sole objective is to make a profit rather than providing a satisfying customer experience.

We were confused as what to order. Thankfully, the staff suggested garlic prawn as mains and we enjoyed to the fullest. What’s more, we even liked the desserts they suggested.

Whenever I want to enjoy some Italian cuisine, Mamma Teresa Italian Restaurant is where I want to be. I love their delicacies and the ambience. Excellent service and equally professional staff.

Passion Fruit Cheesecake and Seafood Pizza are two of my most favorite dishes from Mamma Teresa Italian Restaurant. I had visited there with my cousin and we both loved the food. Will be back soon for some lip smacking food.
