went to dinner with my family on a Friday night around 5:30pm. The restaurant was empty when I arrived maybe only 2 tables used. The food took more than 40 minutes to come out considering the restaurant was empty. The pasta was nice and the salmon portions were small especially when paying a fair bit for a small piece of salmon. Also on top of that the waiters were constantly over our heads watching us eat and waiting for a cup or plate to be empty without even asking if we were done. They were constantly over our shoulders and at one point bumped into me as I was getting up to go to the bathroom showing how fast they wanted my plate, mind due the restaurant was not busy at all. In the end I didn't get to enjoy my food and just left.

We have hosted many functions at mancini's and usually there are no issues, happy guests, happy hosts. Food is fresh and is served in VERY reasonable time.
There was one occasion which put the kitchen staff at fault. The issue was resolved as quickly as possible and management and staff were very attentive. Things can go wrong at any restaurant, at any time, based on their quick reaction and willingness to resolve the problem indicates a team dedicated to customer satisfaction. We have never experienced any issues with staff being rude and would even say there have been times where team members have gone above and beyond.

My sister & I had lunch here a month ago. I ordered the Pollo Alla Griglia. The chicken was delicious & so were the roasted potatoes. The broccoli & the carrots however were hard & had no flavor. My sister ordered the Chicken Crepe & she was in love. Said it was the best savory crepe she has ever had. She loved it. Overall, clean atmosphere, great customer service, good food. Would recommend.

My partner I order from your restaurant quiet often. After a very long day we agreed take out from our usually far pizza/pasta place was a good idea. Unfortunately our experience from our delivery order tonight was of poor service. The delivery guy was rather rude which isn't usually the case, our order was not late but pizza was cold, garlic bread cold, dry and Frankly inedible and pasta very plain. Not sure what happened tonight guys but was disappointing to receive. Best thing was the cheesecake nothing was wrong with that. . .

Haven't had the chance to come here for a few years but was here for lunch with some old friends a few weeks back. The place still does amazing food. The pizzas are excellent. The service is still the warm attentive family style feel as before. The renovation looks immaculate and the place feels like an upmarket CBD restaurant. An absolute gem.
