We had to wait an hour, for a cold sloppy pizza, at lunch time.
this place has dropped the ball big time
last time I went there, with work colleagues, they overcharged us by ~ $30. When I asked the Waiter, he just said that the Cashier staff isn't organised.
Great attitude - try to rip someone off - if they don't pick up on it GREAT. If they do, "hey, we're a bit disorganised"

Great Woodfire pizza, the rest of menu is just ok. Nice relaxed family restaurant.

Average pizzas (toppings haphazardly thrown on) and so-so slow service. Nothing terrible but definitely no great dining experience

After many years I still love the pizza here, but unfortunately the VERY ordinary service outweighs the tastiness of the pizza. Probably best to stick to takeaways... or BYO beverages (including water and glasssware).... or not even bother trekking out to Haberfield at all (unless you go to papas instead).

The food here was decent. Such a shame that the service is very poor. Whilst ordering your meal, the waiter made you feel rushed and we waited for more than 15 minutes for standard drinks. When requesting an update for the drinks at the bar, (as we found it hard to flag down staff), there was attitude given by the owner that was unappreciated. The drinks were a further 15 minutes late and we all had finished our meals at the table. It's not that hard to give a decent level of customer service. The bill was incorrect and we were double charged for the same drinks.
