We tried to order some food through menulog first time. Got cancelled without reason.

Ordered through Eat now - this is the way they hide and deceit - Had food delivered - driver has no idea how to read a GPS and needed to be instructed - almost delivered to the wrong house wrong street- had my wife standing in the cold on the street to help him after 4 phone calls . Our home is lit up and house number illuminated - no excuses for not finding our home except stupidity.
Food was Cold on arrival , food was awful and one of our dishes was one small spoon full of chicken - the rest sauce..
I didn't pay for sauce.. stay away - talking to the manager does nothing as he does not give a rats about you once he has your money- johnny as he said was his name ...

Last time I ordered online, paid for delivery.. Received a text confirming, then 2 hours later, after countless times calling, was told there was no delivery driver and if I could pick up.. After asking for a refund, the food was at my door within 15 mins.. Cold, fatty, oily and unappealing. Will never order again, service is awful and the food was basically inedible.
