We stayed here 5 nights in September with 10 friends. The lifts were under repairs and each time using lifts took 15 to 20 min.
The guy in reception , Michael was so rude and unfriendly. He ruined our trip to beautiful Sydney at the first day . Rooms are old and gray. The breakfast was awful. The only Positive thing about this hotel is it's location. Never recommend. Me and my husband operate tours to all over the worlds and this hotel was disappointing.

Really nice hotel you get what you pay. Located perfectly, just a small walk away from Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge but still in the city giving you the possibility to get easily to restaurants, shopping or metro. It has a Starbucks directly at the corner and its close as well to the Madame Tussaud's. Definitely recommend it as it is perfectly located and the price is not too high

The location and room was fantastic. The view was beautiful and the place was clean and staff friendly. The elevators are currently under service which was a big pain. At one point we waited 10 minutes for an elevator that kept skipping our floor and then had to walk down 18 flights if stairs which we didn't love. But aside from that, it was lovely.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
Rooms are good. A bit tight with two beds but workable. Included breakfast is excellent and has both hot and cold options. Location is very close to most things; less than a kilometer.
