I am a fit and active woman in my late 60's, and felt that a "refresh" would help me look the way I feel and better suit the life I lead. After due consideration I chose to have a facelift performed by Dr Warwick Nettle.
I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The extensive information and instructions in regard to the pre-op preparation and the post-op care and experience were clear, comprehensive and useful, and contributed to maximising the success of the surgery and the recovery experience. The staff at Silkwood Medical were consistently responsive and available to answer questions and provide support before and after surgery. Dr Nettle took a sincere interest in me as a patient, and I saw him at every post-op appointment.
While no plastic surgeon can completely reverse the tides of time, I am very satisfied with the results. Many people, whether or not they knew about my surgery, have told me how rested I appear and how well I look. Even my husband says it looks good!
I am pleased to recommend Dr Nettle and the Silkwood Medical Clinic.

I had rhinoplasty with Dr Nettle few years ago and I would highly recommend him as he is probably the best surgeon in Australia regarding rhinoplasty, prior to choosing Dr Nettle I had 10 consultations and was not happy with any other surgeon. He is dr that looks after patient and does amazing job. Love Dr Nettle!

I would like to write a long review to the best dr not only in Sydney in the world. who saved my life entirely. September 2015 I had my first nose surgery in Sydney CBD with dr ❌ananda, who absolutely ruined my nose I was not pleased or happy with the job, he lifted up my nose which I asked him not to do and still did and made my nose look like a pig. I had so many bad compliments from every person that saw me I did not get any good compliment at all i never go any where or holiday for 2 years i couldn't with that ugly looking nose. Even I couldn't breath from the one side of my nose. I stayed with a ruined and uplifting bad nose i went to so many doctors and they all said we can't do it its a risky job because the nose its ruined its a very hard surgery and and one of the doctors that i meet told me about dr nettle. In 2017 I went to dr nettle who saved my life I am so thankful for him. Dr Warwick nettle took a look at my nose once and said its very hard but can make it look better .at my first appointment told me what he was going to do have to take cartilages from my ears ..and I was so happy because he was looking after me like I was his child and did not give up. He made my nose look one of those Hollywood actresses i swear i wasn't except will get that result because my nose was really really ugly but with dr nattle u can expected. Ask about my before pictures and see the big difference. I am so glad and happy that I found u Who ever wants a nose I recommend dr nettle 100% you have to see him he will save your life. My daughter had broken her nose quite badly playing sport as a child. As a young woman she was very conscious of the marked deviation and could not breathe through her nose. I took her to see Dr Nettle after a great deal of research. I was very serious about finding the best surgeon for this surgery. He is kind, he made her feel comfortable and he is an extremely talented and experienced surgeon. I cannot praise Dr Nettle and his team enough. She can breathe freely and aesthetically her nose is simply beautiful. My daughter is over the moon with the results and her self confidence has returned. We are so grateful to Dr Nettle and his wonderful supportive team.

Highly recommended. Dr Nettle is an exceptionally talented and caring surgeon and I am so pleased with the beautiful and natural result he achieved with my rhinoplasty. I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. Thank you Dr Nettle , Michelle and Cherieve.
