staff are rude, equipment is never put away, always a mess, faulty machines don't get fixed, ripped me off in fees. two stars for good location.

Staff were very friendly but the gym is incredibly outdated. Machines are rusted and much older than what you'd see at most of the other FF gyms. Really hoping it's updated soon as it's the closest one to home for me

Very old equipment. The cardio machines compared to other Fitness First Gyms are not good and some treadmills often stop when I am running. There are also no fans downstairs which makes it very hot on hot days. I am hoping that there will be updates soon. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The gym is often unclean. The hygiene levels are quite low. There was a recent incident of a member washing his feet in the men's wash basin. That is very unhygienic. Many of the lockers do not work. The equipments break down frequently and it takes a long time to repair them. The staff are very friendly and really good. I must say they are very professional. The good quality of staff makes me keep going back to the club.

Staff and variety of equipments seems ok.
I gave them 2 stars after I came down for trial, there is 2 reasons.
1) Atmosphere in the gym aren't really encouraging your workout. Looks bit dark and dirty. Some equipments definitely need to be repaired.
2) A PT tried to contact me few times and he kept calling me wrongly. I just thought it was typo but even after I visited there and talked to him, he still made the same mistake. I pointed out politely and he said sorry for the mistake. Next time he contacted me, he even called me totally different name.
Lack of paying attention to the details, especially customer's name, shows he doesn't care as I'm just 'one of them' but want some money.
Failure of sales. What a shame.
