Michael gave our class a broad tour around the gym, as well as a brief Q&A which proved immensely useful to us. Great facilities with spanning views across, excellent location and very up-to-date equipment and refurbishments. The high quality is evident by the large amount of people at the gym as a full service facility.

NS FF has some excellent instructors and personal trainers, pity about the change in timetable (they are axing some of the most popular classes to 'freshen up the programme') and yes, the dirty change rooms and inadequate number of women's toilets.

Very expensive gym, not enough machine equipment to work out when it's busy, good atmosphere and good quality people, parking is limited to 1.5 hrs, need to offer better gym rates and it's not a 24 hr gym when and if you need it
