I have done around 6 or 7 laser tratments. While some staff are really thorough other times it looks like they just do things in a rush. But the prices are good, they offer several treatments and the location is quite central.

The service at LCA is way below weak. I got chest&stomach laser treatment service and always different staff served me. While one treatment took approximately 6-8 min and one took less than 2 min. Such a big difference. Staff are nice and friendly but they are not qualified or they do not do properly what they supposed to do and it makes you feel that they want you visit more (buy more). Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the service and don't recommend to anyone.

The girls make you feel so warm and welcomed. They never push services and products onto you, always gentle, knowledgeable personalised service. Hygienic and professional too, I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. Take a robe with you though if you are going to have hair removal treatments because they don't supply one and its very cold and you feel vulnerable - that would be my only small concern.

My experience with the Potts Point clinic was nothing short of wonderful. I have never experienced such amazing and genuine customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. I was made to feel so at ease. Would never hesitate to recommend!!!
