I always see William and he knows the muscles that are sore and what to do to get the knots out. I always look for William when I'm sore! Worth every dollar!

20 min - neck and shoulder massage. $25
Not the best, clearly the staff isn't trained properly. Wouldn't really recommend it.

we went in asking the price for a foot massage and was told $35 for 30 mins. we then asked if they have health insurance rebate to which they replied yes. so we decided to give it a go. the massage itself was below par but it was when we were paying that they charged us $40 instead of $35 and claimed it was because we wanted to use health insurance. I told them they quoted me $35 to which they claimed it's only $35 if they don't claim health insurance. they refused to budge even though they acknowledged there was miscommunication. so because my wife and I were in a hurry we decided to pay the $40. DO NOT GO!!!

Possibly the worst massage I've ever had. The 'masseur' clearly didn't know anything about massage, despite asking for a remedial massage and the shop using my health fund rebate. Obviously whoever is qualified wasn't who I got. Really disappointing.

Broadway Shopping Centre website mentioned this business took private health funds. Went in with my fiancé. We both had massages at the same time. Massage finished and was told that they couldn't take my Bupa membership. Same thing happened to my fiancé. The lady running the store pointed to an A4 piece of paper which apparently (and not very clearly) stated that I should have asked about whether I could use my private health cover for this visit before the massage. I often try to defend what people call the "little dodgy Chinese massage places in shopping centres". But this is exactly the kind of situation that puts "dodgy" in that sentence.
"Next time, you can tell us" she said. There won't be a next time.
