Great nails here! I've been coming here for years and always had fantastic service and outcomes. Lisa does fabulous sns nails that are perfect and last for weeks.

The lady on the phone to me was very rude and didn't speak English. very disappointing.

Had part of my toe sliced off, don't go here unless you're a sadomasochist. There's no option for no stars or half a star which is the only reason I gave them one star.

I dont wanna talk about how careless its staff was, and i dont want to mention how mean they were !! but i wanna tell how unprofessional they are! I did shellac for 2 times and each time my nail broke ! it never happened to me! they use nail buffet more than usual and they removed previous shellac harshly, and it was a bit painful

I just moved to bondi and decided to go here to get my eyelash extensions. The first person that did them for me did a good job, but the second person did an awful job. Later on when I called them to discuss my situation, the staff had told me they only had one lash tech that specializes in doing the type of lashes I have.
Not only did they provide me with someone who didn't know what they were doing, but now my own lashes are falling off and my eyes are swollen from it.
I went to a different place to have them checked, and the lash tech told me that I didn't even have individual lashes on because the person had applied three lashes onto one lash hence why the glue is clumped.
Not only am I upset that someone who didn't know what they were doing applied the lashes, but I'm even more upset that the staff were rude towards me when I tried to explain my situation.
I explained to one staff in person and another one over the phone and the entire time they both seemed eager to brush me off.
I don't know how they are as a nail salon, but I definitely would not recommend this place for eyelash extensions. I think it's extremely unprofessional for them to provide someone that doesn't specialize in the service as well.
Moreover, when I spoke to them about receiving a refund they told me I was in the wrong. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for anything.
