I really like these guys and have been about 12 times this year alone. My 2 other friends also visit from time to time. They are cheap and the best on the street. The guys across the road are woeful and should be shut down. I always get what I wanted when I go in because I take the time to explain what pressure I want and the areas I want them to focus on. Language can sometimes be a barrier, but hand gestures seem to get the results I want every time. Hats off to these hard working ladies. I'm a happy client.

Just no. I had booked this on a Livingsocial voucher weeks ago, only to be told when my friend and i arrived that we will need to wait another 20 minutes due to them 'being busy ' and not enough staff. We explained to the receptionist that we had paid parking up to a certain time and had booked this some time ago. Blank stares ensued and we were ushered into the one treatment room and left there for 10 minutes instead. Good start. Now for the spine re-alignment (they call it a massage) and the 30 minute scrub (in reality, being left to freeze with chunks of unrecognisable scrub on yourself and then wiped off with a rough , much used face washer). Like another review, there was giggling between the two 'massage therapists' ( I am being extremely generous calling them therapists) and whispering and no cares were given at all. My friend had to tell her 'therapist' not to use her elbows with full force on her spinal column, only to have the same issue again 10 minutes later. Suffice to say, it was that bad, that my friend and i halted the rest of the massage about 10 minutes before the end as it was bordering on the ridiculous of how bad it was. If you would like to feel worse than when you went into an establishment, this is your place. I will anticipate the standard reply from the owner about training blah, blah. Just no.

I rarely can be bothered to go out of my way to rate something on Google but this place is incredible. When I go there come out feeling incredibly happy and relaxed. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff are friendly. I'll never go anywhere else.

Okay massage nothing special seemed half hearted and not a good flow, also elbow pressure on spine does not work it's actually dangerous. Any therapist should know this. Absolutely terrible service. Will not be going back and will not be recommending. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Laughing and sniggering when I asked them what was the matter therapist left the room. Door wide open. Thought we had a good deal with Groupon don't bother wasting your money. Clearly haven't done anything about previous complaints as I now see 2 months ago same thing happened. Now I know why they had the disclaimer on the front desk for no refunds. Appalled.
