Used a Spreets voucher and the salon was very disappointing despite going there for a cheap price. The voucher I purchased was for a one hour massage, manicure, hydrating hair treatment and blowdry with $150 worth of vouchers to use next time and champagne on arrival. 15mins before I was due to arrive, the therapist texted me if she can do a facial instead of the massage as she had hurt herself. The massage I was really looking forward to but I did not mind. What else can I do anyway. The arrival champagne did not materialise. However, the therapist was pleasant and the room was nice. The manicure followed with same therapist which was...well, I could have done better myself. No cleaning of the nails underneath, no pushing back of cuticles, no paraffin wax to soften the hands etc. I asked for french manicure and the white tips done made me look like a clown. The hydrating treatment was so so. The blowdry was done by an inexperienced staff who had no idea and took more than 30mins. Another staff came to help her but it became a bit of a ridiculous dance. No mention of the extra vouchers or walking out of the salon...just "you're done". Very odd and cold experience. Maybe they knew I would not be back but I'd hate to think how they would perform on a busy time. My friend had a good massage on the same voucher but based on my own experience, I cannot recommend this place at all.

friend referred me to this spa, or i should say it's a skin clinic now. been going to this spa for waxing and massage for a while and realised they have wonderful range of skin care and facial treatment. serious facial treatment, not those marking ard one. tried their DMK facial and it's really amazing. i could feel my skin was pulsing with my heart beat and the blood circulation all over my face and neck. the therapist explained/educated me on my skin/dermal structure and some of the truth. they can tell i have iron deficiency from my skin, my god. Had signed up the 6 weeks program and cant wait to see the result. i think im addicted to the spa now.
