I called around 5pm asking to make a booking for that evening, to which I was told ‘you don’t need to make a booking, just come before 6.30pm’ and we’ll do your nails. I arrived at 6.10pm to get my mani and pedi and I was told they didn’t have time to see me. I explained the situation and then told me I could have one or the other but not both. 15 minutes later another girl walked in who had been told the same thing over the phone, she however wasn’t so lucky and they told her they couldn’t fit her in. The girl was clearly upset has she had called ahead and needed her nails done for an event the next day. Quite rightfully she stood her ground, asked to speak to the manager etc. Sadly she started crying, to which the Vietnamese staff started laughing at. They were obviously talking about her and mocking her for around 20 minutes and then just ignored her.
So unprofessional and so unnecessary.
The only reason I go to USA Nails is because it was cheap, but now they’ve put up their prices. Once a weekly customer, now I doubt I’ll return.
Advice to the company:
1. You work in the service industry, your customers are your raving fans.
2. Be clear to potential customers that you don’t take bookings.

If I could give zero I would.
I paid 50 to get an SNS manicure and the girl cut my fingers up.
2 days later one nail cracked and the SNS fell off I've spent the last 3 days trying to fix it and now they finally have time and I've been waiting 30 mins and when I asked how much longer the lady told me she has no idea
So rude never again

Worst customer service, kept waiting 40mins for manicure when three people that had come after me were attended to first, will not go back.

I felt like the female staff were so angry and annoyed. I didn't feel comfortable with them doing my nails or even waxing. However the guy was very polite and professional, I would only ever go back if it was him doing my nails. Prices are very reasonable 2 stars for that and the guy, lost 3 for the 2 angry girls.

Had the worst experience here. Went in for a simple removal and manicure. It was pretty busy in there and instead of them telling me to come back later, they left me for 25 minutes sat with my hands soaking in acetone. They gave my nails only two thin coats of colour leaving them looking streaky and uneven. Worst part is, even after I payed and left the store, one of the girls chased me down the street and accused me of not paying. She tried to grab my phone out of my hands and started clawing at my arm and tried to push me back across a road into the shop. Very unhappy, will not be returning
