Woeful customer service. Pretentious, out of touch staff (read: trying to dress "cool" and failing) who treated young, affluent and polite customers like plebs. Thanks for letting me take photos of your stock and then buy it online for 1/4 of the price without the attitude.

You literally could not ask for a less pleasant experience. The shop has nice products but any kind of pleasant experience is eroded by the snooty staff and the price tags which are 2-3x the recommended retail price.
I politely requested a price match to the RRP (not even a discounted price!) and was told patronisingly 'I won't trouble the owner with your request, this is a 4 million dollar show room Darling, which is why we charge more"

A beautiful experience, a store for the discerning shopper, always a lovely surprise when visiting from Melbourne.The abundance of choice makes shopping for a special gift an absolute pleasure, this Store seems to have many items not generally seen in other shops.
