Eduardo was amazing and I am so happy with my new tattoo! My whole experience with Tora Sumi was excellent, everyone was very friendly and an unwanted guest (fairly large spider) was dealt with quite confidently by the staff. So glad I chose this tattoo studio to get my Australian momento!

Easily the best tattoo shop I've been to in Sydney. All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. A special thank you to Tori Li who has now tattooed me 9 times. I cannot recommend her highly enough. From her super rad ideas and talent to her hilarious conversation during the process; the girl is incredible.

I did a tattoo a few days ago and I'm disappointed because the tattoo studio have good reviews. That's the reason why I chose it. I got a tattoo as a symbol for my travels which should remember me my whole live to this time. After 2 days I text the studio to explain them I'm not happy with the result. The lines are not exact and the watercolour effect wasn't as discussed. I went to the studio and talked to the manager. She explained me I wasn't exact enough with my description. It isn't right because I explained the artist how I wanted to have it. The artist just didn't work exact enough.
Anyway I will do a cover up back in my home country in a studio I trust. Fortunately the result isn't too bad.
Fairness I have to say the manager tried to help me. But my feeling say me she isn't honest to me and just tried to hush up with good reasons what the tattoo artist did what she/he did. Also the price was definitely to much.
What I also don't understand is why the artist said at the beginning it will take about 5 hours and she finished suddenly after 2 hours the tattoo and just named a random price for this.
I do not feel fair and I don't think I get some of the money back for my cover up.

Excellent, professional service from beginning to end. At the time of making the appointment, they advised me that my tattoo artist (Tori) would get in touch with me in advance to discuss the tattoo. That's exactly what happened. By the time of my appointment, Tori had designed a beautiful tattoo which I was incredibly happy with. The studio itself is clean, warm and inviting. Tori also did a great job. My 1.5 week old tattoo is looking stunning and healing very well. Would highly recommend Tora Sumi!
