Moved back to Queensland from NSW and had my two dogs and my very old cat. I used Dogtainers this time and they cam in cheaper than anyone else but for me its not about the money its about my pets. My dog had special collars on recommended by Dogtainers that made them relax, the girls in the office took care of them all like the dogs belong to them. Fresh food and water was ready as they had to stay over night and the dogs even travelled on the same flight as me. Great service guys thank you so much. Ben Sue and Abby all helped me with the bookings so special thanks to them. Derek.

Very helpful team, all new manager who was very helpful, Dogtainers has always been the best pet transport provider for me, always use them as I know they have a 45 years history of moving pets. Spoke to Debs last week who moved 3 new puppies for me one domestic and two over seas, fantastic service.

Moving house was very stressful and having to worry about my dogs and cats and how i was going to get them from my house north of Brisbane to my new home in Sydney was a worry. I called my local office in Brisbane and they arrange everything, crate hire, freight, collection and delivery. I spoke with Sue who's a breeder of great Danes and she was wonderful. Thanks so much for everything it really took the stress out of moving.

used Dogtainers again after 2 years and wanted to say yet again this is by far the best pet transport company to use, i did request a quote from a competitor and to start with it was cheaper but Dogtainers gives you one price for the whole move, other companies leave out stuff to hook you then add it later. Use Dogtainers they are by far the best. few times now, recently from Sydney and the service was top class, wanted to say thanks.
